No. The rooms are cool and dry. That's why our clients don't request air conditioning. If needed, we do have fans which can cool the rooms a lot more

Kindness of the two tenants, many thanks for the hospitality. And top location.
Bathroom needs a renovation. The bath is really too small, water flow is very poor, couldn't have hot water when others shower. The only downside of the place.
